Refunds shall be considered only under the following circumstances-

• Delivery of damaged or defective products;
• Incorrect product delivered;
• Non-delivery of the product due to logistics failure.
• The Customer must notify the Company within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery, providing adequate supporting evidence (including photographs or videos).
• The Company reserves the sole right to determine the eligibility of a refund after verification.

Non-Refundable Items:

The following items shall not be eligible for return or refund:
Digital products, including but not limited to eBooks, downloadable files, or digital subscriptions; Products that have been used, altered, or tampered with;
Items purchased under promotional offers, discounts, or clearance sales.

Refund Process:

• Approved refunds shall be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
• Refunds shall be credited to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.
• The Company shall not be liable for any delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
